Refunds/Returns
Service Based
For Service based work, our return policy will vary for each individual agreement. The terms and conditions of each agreement are determined through consultation with the client and will be clearly stated in the contract. Initial payments are due upon submission of the contract and the contract will state future payments and dates. Once the contract is signed and received, it is the clients obligation to fulfill all payment arrangements and Army of Dreamers' obligation to fulfill all services.
Products/ Merchandise
All products and merchandise bought via thearmyofdreamers.com can be returned if the return request is submitted up to 48hours after package receipt by the purchaser. Once original items are received by Army of Dreamers, we will issue a refund same day. Funds can take up to 72hours to appear back into the purchaser's bank account.
Ticket Refunds
All tickets can be refunded and terms will be clearly displayed on ticket site for each event.
